Why Content Gets Deleted
ILLITERATE: Author failed to meet minimum quality requirements.

At first I intended not to moderate based on content quality. Some people really don't write so well. For some, English is a second language. These people oughtn't to be discouraged from playing in story-space, I figured.
But the problem with any sort of behavior is that it replicates. Let one story full of 133tsp34< stand and next thing you know everyone's doing it. That's because every chapter posted here serves as a model for the next new user: "Oh, that's how it's done! I'll do the same."
So when the anime fan-fic crowd moved in, Oh My Goddess but the illiteracy spread. Some "stories" were barely more than scripts with one- or two-word lines for each character to say, and those words were things like " ^_^ " and "hnn..." and " *falls down* " and "AAAAH!"
I have got to enforce some kind of standards here. I don't expect perfect grammar and spelling, but there's got to be some effort expended beyond emoticons and lazy abbreviations for lazy animation motifs!
So if u writ lk this ur chapterz will b deleted.
(Also, I've imposed a minimum chapter length for a reason. It's to enforce the minimum effort requirement. Attempts to avoid this stricture by appending gibberish will be treated as Illiteracy and summarily deleted.)
